Kerr Virtual Solutions: Code of Conduct for Educational Programs

Kerr Virtual Solutions educational platform, and this Code of Conduct applies to all offers within its suite, including group programs, masterminds, courses, live calls, workshops, 1:1 coaching, and any other educational services or materials provided by Kerr Virtual Solutions. Adherence to this Code is mandatory to maintain the integrity, safety, and respect of all participants and the program content.

Welcome to Kerr Virtual Solutions! As part of our educational platform, we have a shared commitment to maintaining a respectful, safe, and productive environment for everyone enrolled.

Please read the Code of Conduct carefully before purchasing any product or service.

1. Respect for Program Content

 1. No Sharing or Requesting Materials

 • Participants must not request or share screenshots, downloads, or any portion of program materials, including (but not limited to) links to calls, replays, or exclusive resources—regardless of whether the recipient is a participant or non-participant.

 2. No Unauthorized Distribution

 • Sharing access details, program content, or links to program resources or replays is strictly prohibited.

 3. No Plagiarism of Program Content

 • Copying or reproducing Kerr Virtual Solutions’ materials, methods, frameworks, or processes for personal or commercial use is strictly prohibited. This includes direct replication or the creation of derivative works.

2. Respect for Fellow Participants

 1. No Copying Other Participants’ Content

 • Copying other participants’ marketing hooks, content strategies, or social media posts constitutes plagiarism and copyright infringement, and is strictly prohibited.

 2. No Harassment or Solicitation

 • Participants must treat one another with respect. Harassment, bullying, defamation, or inappropriate solicitation of other participants (e.g., for business, personal gain, or program content) is prohibited.

 3. Confidentiality

 • Respect the confidentiality of any personal or professional experiences shared by participants in group settings.

3. Integrity in Participation

 1. No Unauthorized Access

 • Sharing or using another participant’s login credentials to access program content or resources is strictly prohibited.

 2. No Requests for Sharing Materials

 • Participants must not ask fellow members to share screenshots, documents, links, or replays of calls or other program resources.

 

4. Accountability and Enforcement

Violations of this Code may result in the following consequences, determined at the sole discretion of Kerr Virtual Solutions:

 1. Immediate Removal

 • Participants may be removed from the program without notice if they violate any part of this Code of Conduct.

 2. No Refund Policy

 • Removal from the program does not entitle the participant to any refund, regardless of the payment plan or whether full payment has been received.

 3. Revocation of Access

 • Access to all program materials, live support, and associated services will be revoked upon removal.

 4. Legal Action

 • Kerr Virtual Solutions reserves the right to pursue legal action in cases of copyright infringement, intellectual property theft, or harassment.

 

By enrolling in any Kerr Virtual Solutions program or service, you acknowledge that Kerr Virtual Solutions is an educational platform, and you agree to uphold this Code of Conduct across all offers. You also accept that any violations may result in immediate removal without refund or further access to program materials.
